About
Brenda Florida
Leadership consultant, keynote speaker, and facilitator — helping organizations navigate the people side of AI-driven change.
Brenda is deliberately not the gray-suit consultant. She is warm, direct, and unstuffy — plain language over jargon, empathetic but operational, always landing on practical action.
Her work sits on the human side of AI adoption: building trust, reducing uncertainty, strengthening communication, and helping leaders act with confidence while expectations, roles, and workflows keep shifting.

Six strategic pillars
Her practice is built on six strategic pillars. Keynotes, workshops, consulting engagements, and her writing all hang off the same six pillars.
Before building her leadership consulting practice, Brenda spent years coaching individuals through personal change — and that work’s warmth, directness, and emphasis on practical tools carry straight into how she partners with leaders today.
She works with executive leadership teams planning AI initiatives or major transformations; managers, supervisors, and emerging leaders; conference and event organizers and professional associations; and organizations mid-merger, restructuring, or growth — wherever trust, communication, or accountability is strained.

Purple hair, pearls, and three decades of leading through uncertainty.
